Schedule a Graduation Readiness Meeting with your portfolio manager to assess Academy Design Plan progress.
Confirm ADT core team availability and schedule the Graduation Meeting with your portfolio manager.
Finalize completed strategic actions by uploading electronic evidence into the online YOP Assessment.
Coordinate a review team meeting with the ADT to prepare for the Graduation Meeting. Evaluate the evidence and reach an agreement on the status of each strategic action reflected in YOP Assessment.
Inform your portfolio manager that the evidence has been uploaded. Note: Evidence must be uploaded at least two weeks before the Graduation Meeting.
Finalize the Graduation Meeting Agenda and attendee list.
Attend the graduation meeting to finalize the Academy Design Plan, concluding YOP.
The graduation is designed to align stakeholders on YOP journey, identify areas of strength, address challenges, and prioritize standards for development. This will inform the action plan for a smooth transition to the NAF network and a successful academy launch.
Register for NAF Next, which will take place in Kissimmee, FL, from July 8-11th, 2024.
Prepare a press release to announce the opening of the academy.
Plan an official academy launch event, such as a banner-hanging ceremony or ribbon-cutting .
Host a new student orientation before school starts.
